Why do you need it tonight. It isn't like you can fill it out, and then you are done. To get divorced, you have to petition the court, there is usually a waiting period(60 days in TX, check your state laws), and the the judg has to sign/ grant the divorce. A lot is covered in the final decree. You have to split the assets and debt, set up custody(if there are kids involved), and things of that nature.

So, why you need it tonight, I do not know.

If you are talking about a final decree. You will likely have to go through the district clerks office in the count you were divorced in to get a copy of that. There is usually a fee, commonly per page, for the copy. IF you want it certified, it will cost a little more. Most places that need to see a copy of the decree require a certified copy.

go to your county courts online, they should have some type of self-help link, go to family issues and there you have it... good luck.
