there are a multitude of problems that could be causing this all of which require the assistance of a doctor for the proper diagnosis to be made. Ovarian cysts are still possible on birth control so that should be ruled out. Large fibroids, endometriosis, pelvic inflammatory disease are other common causes. You need a pelvic exam, some lab work, and perhaps an ultrasound to rule these things out.

I would still go in and get checked by your ob/gyn and see what they have to say first. There is still a slight possibility it could be a cyst or a fibroid. (My mother had a large fibroid while she was on birth control that only gave her pains every other month, strange but true.) I hope you figure out what it is. I know its nerve racking not knowing what the problem is.

I think you should see a DR. I also had a problem very much the same as yours and it took awhile for the Dr's to figure it out . They finally did through an ultrasound .It was Endometriosis which if caught early enough can be treated . It could be a number of things . So your best bet is to see a Dr.

Uterine fibroids are usually not dangerous, but can cause immense discomfort and lead to complications like anemia from heavy blood loss. In rare cases, they may cause complications that affect pregnancy.
In cases where there are no symptoms, treatment may not be necessary. However, proper diagnosis and treatment may be required if your symptoms are severe or causing complications. Along with conventional treatment, you can try some natural home remedies. Read here https://tr.im/plH6v

This could be indometriosis or a ovarian cyst. You need to get this checked by your gyno right away. They will do a ultrasound to determine the cause of this.

The first thing that popped into my mind is possibly pelvic inflammatory disease. Maybe you should go see your gyno and have that checked. Better to be safe than sorry.
Good Luck!

I suggest you run not walk to the doctor or chiropractor to have this problem corrected. It could be a pelvic abcess.
