Nope. Especially if you're involved in a lot of extra-cirricular stuff.

Syracuse and Villanova are very good schools, but they are not in the group of elite schools where every single detail of your resume has to be perfect. Some kids in the local high school where I tutor Aps have taken as many as twelve APs by the time they graduate. But those kids are going on to Harvard, Duke, Penn, Chicago, etc

If you have a good GPA and some good extracurriculars, I think you will be in good shape for admittance to both these schools.
See what it says on their website about GPA for admitted students.

Colleges don't expect many people to load up on AP classes in pre-senior years. If you did good for you. You should worry more about how you are doing in your classes now. There are other people who never take AP classes. The fact that you are in AP classes now shows colleges that you are ready for a challenge and if you do well enough it will show them that you can meet the challenges of higher education.

Many people don't take AP classes (or apply for colleges) until their senior year anyways. I would suggest checking out collegeboard.com about the admissions factors for those schools and what they put the most weight on. If all your credentials are up to par, you'll get in.

The classes you take as a senior should show up on your transcript when you apply. You can also mention that you are taking AP classes in your cover letter or essay.

Provided you have good grades, you should be fine. You may want to talk to your guidance counsellor about when to send applications, etc. in order to make sure your grades (fall yo9ur senior year) are taken into account.
