im 36 years old and i havent gone thru puberty yet i have never had hair there and i notice most women shave anyway,,,,do i have a problem?????

Do you have breasts and underarm hair? Do you have periods? If yes, you've gone through puberty. Consider yourself lucky you don't have to groom the patch.
