Yep, they help some, especially if your iron is low (prenatals are high in iron). They assure that your body has all it needs. A 3rd pregnancy is harder than a 1st.

I don't think it helps with energy levels, prenatal is for a growing baby. You should be on your prenatal vitamins its very important.
Eat healthy and get plenty of rest. You just have too much going on. Maybe get your in-laws or your close family members to help if they can.

They certainly won't hurt. I've been tired too this pregnancy, a lot worse than I remember before; I have a 4 year old. I drink coffee everyday (1 or 2 cups).

Yes, they will, but make sure you are eating and resting as much as you should. You might try hiring a sitter for a few hours a day, just so you can take a nice long nap. Good Luck

I think everyone's body responds differently to any kind of supplement or what not. For some people, prenatals slow them down and for others, prenatals give them a little boost. For me, it made me sick. Check with your doctor.. it wouldn't hurt to try, though.

They didn't help me feel more energetic. I remember going to bed at 8pm. I can't imagine being pregnant and having 2 small children to care for. Good Luck and Congrats!

Whatever, just take the vitamins or it will hurt you later. Every pregnancy is different. If you feel tired then you should rest.
