Like i see ppl like gwen that are pale and shes works it good. How do i do that?

Use a bright blush, but don't over-do it cuz you don't want to look like a clown. Just put some on the apples of your cheeks and it will give you a peaches-and-cream complexion. A bright red or a neutral lip gloss will play up your beautiful skin, too. =~)

Use light colors for your foundation and blush. Use a shimmer eyeshadow in a nice light color. And a tinted lip gloss. Just add a little bit of mascara and eyeliner to bring out your eyes.
I am pale too, so I understand. But just look natural and not made up.

Don't go for the gwen look! She is a rock star & she has professional makeup artists. Trust me it will totally wash you out. My twin sister used to have platinum bleached blonde hair (almost white) and she trie dout the gwen look for a while, wearing red lipstick & lipgloss, she looked awful.
Avoid harsh colors since they will wash you out. Go for a more natural look. This goes for makeup as well as clothing. Neutrals, lighter shades of colors, faded colors (that correspond with your skintone: warm or cool). Use a blush & use it correctly (on the apples of your cheeks & blend with the hairline). Blush will help give your face more definition so that you don't look washed out & pale. When buying a mascara go for a blackbrown or brown colored mascara. Black will also look too harsh on your skin.

play up your natural ivory skintone , by applying a vibrant red to your lips and then matching that with finger and toe nail polish , if you are going to wear bright lips , go for subtle eyes , say just a little bit of brown/black eyeliner ( only on the bottom of lids) and just a light coating of mascara on the top lashes during the day , or top and bottom at night

Either use a light shade of bronzing gel or powder, and then use a berry or peachy shade of lipgloss. Don't do a lipstick because that will make it look like you are trying to hard.

Get rid of dramatic make-up!
Stick with more natural looking make-up, it will do wonders for your look.
Wear either VERY light colors, OR VERY dark colors.

berry colored lip gloss, black mascara and maybe some blush. keep it natural.
like nicole kidman-she's pale too but beautiful.
