Emma is very pretty, but its very common. What about variations of Emma, like:

Emerson Rose (this is a cute name. you could call her emy!!)
Emersyn Rose

Emmalin Rose

Emilyn Rose

Emmie Rose

or you could have emma or rose be the middle name, heres some suggestions that have Rose, or forms of Emma in it, so your grandma could somewhat be named after the baby, but with a twist, so its a more modern, less common form of the name!

Ashley Rose
Ashlyn Rose

Alessandra Rose, Alessandra Emerson, Alessandra Emma

Bianca Emerson

Brieanna Rose

Caitlin Rose

Deanna Emily or Emersyn

Ella Rose

Gabriella Rose

Haleigh Emma
or Haliegh Rose

Isabelle Rose

Jayne Emma

Kaleigh Emerson

Leandra Rose

Nicole Emerson
Nicole Emma
Nicole Emmalyn

Sarah Emily, Sarah Rose, Sarah Emersyn, Sarah Emerson, Sarah Emma.

Tiffany Rose

Good luck to your aunt!

It's a pretty name, but SO over used! I personally know 3 little girls named Emma. It's like Jennifer and Jessica when I was in school. Start with Emma, and maybe put a twist on it...like Emmy or something. There are two reason's Emma and Emily top the most popular name list for girls...they're pretty names but very common! Please don't let this little girl fade into a sea of Emmas...lol

Emma Rose is a pretty name. Don't go with Emily Rose- it's too reminiscent of the horror flick The Exorcism of Emily Rose. I think these answerers have forgotten that movie even though it came out only a year ago.

Emma Rose is very pretty but supper common. Rose is a very popular "filler" middle name.
It could be quite likely that there would be another Emma Rose in her kindergarten class. But I still really like the name.

Emma is the most awesomely beautiful name. But I might just be partial b/c my 2 yr. old is named Emma Elizabeth. Though I do like the name Emma Rose, c/ my aunt's middle name is Rosalie, so that is nice variation. I wholeheartedly approve!!!!

It sounds a little like I'm a rose, I guess that's kinda cute, but when she's an adult it won't be anymore. Maybe Emily Rose would age better, although Emily is a very common name. I hope the whole family is blessed with the baby. good luck and God bless!
