He's a liberal so we won't hear about it. They are the party of unaccountability. Can you imagine if a republican did that? All hell would break loose and drooling at the mouths that they caught a republican. Totally ignorant to the irresponsible morally corruptness of their own party.
Sandy Berger should be punished to the fullest extent and to think that if a dem gets in office in '08, he could have access again. I don't care if one is republican or democrat anyone that does something like that should be dealt with in the harshest way possible.
And no, Sandy bergler's party is so corrupt that they will hide that information and any other information that proves who they really are until the day they die.

All you need is a Confidential clearance and a need to know.
The document was not secret only confidential when it was first published. When Burger copied it, it was history not yet declassified.

It is important because he destroyed documents that were subpoenaed by the 9/11 commission before they got to look at them. Even with a "Confidential" clearance (never heard of that before) you can't see the documents because they don't exist anymore.
