What is the best haircut for a round face? My hair is almost waist length and straight....looking for a change but want to keep it longish what do you think? Sites and photos please?

I have a round face too, and the hair style I like best on my hair is a face frame. You don't have to actually cut your that short, you can just cut it to frame around your face, and if you curl it under its cute. Im not sure of any websites off the top of my head, but Im sure if you look up face frames you will find many pictures. Jennifer Aniston had this cut at one time. He hair was blondish brown, long, and face framed, but not curled.

I have a round face too and used to have hair to my waist.....i think the best cut is right below shoulders with soft layers around your face and maybe a little bit of height on top to make your face longer.....that is what i have and really like it..stay away from short bobs...not good!!

I think you should get the haircut you think looks best. You are the one who has to take care of the hair style and has to look at it in the mirror. What's the worst that can happen? You have to let it grow out again and try another style.

I was going to suggest you should cut it layered to the face however you mentioned that you want to keep it long. So try long layers and perhaps bangs that will make your face look a bit longer.

long hair is best,short hair will only emphasize the roundness,layers and highlights that would be flattering to your skin tone
