Where you are hit on your body doesn't matter. If you are hit by a pitch, it is a strike if either: a) you swung at the pitch, or b) the pitch was in the strike zone. In any case the ball is immediately dead.

If you were hanging over the plate and wer hit on that part of the body, yes, it could well be called a strike. Yes, if you take or check your swing and ar hit by a pitch, it's a strike. And if you make no effort to get out of the way of that incoming pitch, you aren't awarded first base.
Further, if you question the umpire's judgement ( and this is a judgement call), you risk being ejected from the game.

If a player leans across the strike zone or fails to make an attempt to avoid being HBP, the umpire may call it a strike. Also if hit while swinging, it is a strike. HBP's on the hand are often called foul balls, but after showing the ump your bruise you should be given first base.

Actually if you are hit by a pitch, you are NOT always awarded 1st Base. The umpire can rule that you purposely tried to get hit by the pitch. I think there was atleast 1 incident of this last year. Maybe in a game involving the Phillies??? Can't quite remember. As for what part of your body, it does not matter-even if it doesn't really hot your body as the uniform is an extension of your body-so it could just glaze your jersey.

Not unless those parts were in the strike zone or you swung at the pitch.
Deliberately allowing yourself to be hit or failing to make an attempt to avoid being hit DOES NOT RESULT IN A STRIKE being called, subject to the provisions in the preceding paragraph.

Only if you swing and miss. If you are hit by a pitch, then you go to first base.

In MLB if you are in the act of swinging and getting beaned at all it is a strike. If you check your swing it will be a HBP.

Yeah, if the ball is in the strike zone it's a strike even if it hits the batter.

No, it is NOT true. If you are hit by a pitch anywhere on your body, you are awarded first base.
