Ebay will let you relist as many times as you want. They get fees from you every time so they are happy to let you list as many times as you want. Their only goal is to make money.

You can relist as many times as you want, The first time you relist is usualy free and after that you will have to pay the listing fee.So you can actualy create a new listing every other time until it sells and only pay the listing fee half of the time.

the first time is free (the insertion fee) as long as the item sells. if it doesnt, then you still have to pay for the insertion fee.
