Although I sometimes miss my daughter being a baby I have enjoyed watching her grow up. We had some good times together and now that she is LEGAL I can pat myself on the back. Yes sometimes I do miss her being a baby...but I didn't give birth to her to stay a baby.

enjoy every moment you have with her...cause time does not turn back...i know its stressful at times but then you also have happy moments...like their first step or when they say mum for the first time....as she grows you will see alot of you in her....and always think how you were and what would you have done or how you would have handled circumstances when she grows up and goes through life......just be there and be a firend....goodluck

it happens so fast, My little girl is 11 months old today and I dread 1 year old as I want her to stay little. Cherish everyday and hope that your love and attention and molding turn her into a beautiful little girl. :)

That's very true. Cherish each and every moment because you'll blink your eyes and she'll be starting school. What's the question, though?

I was like that, too when our daughter was born. Now she is 18 months, and though far from "grown up", she is quite a character. But I find myself looking back at her baby pics and saying "I remember. . ." and "I miss when. . ."

I think it is something that you take the good with the bad. . .

How Selfish. Children grow up all too quickly. Enjoy EVERY minute of it! <3

just watch her grow. take every second you can, time goes so fast and one day you'll ask yourself where it went and you've done with your girl. enjoy her, they just fly right before your eyes.

when my son was a newborn i couldn't wait for him to be able to interact with us. then i couldn't wait until he could crawl, walk, whatever. now that he does all those things, i wish he was little again.

I'd like my kids to stay young forever! It'll be so hard to let them go when they get older!
