considering you did have sex and if the condom broke(at least you tried). the father wants no part in raising his baby, but doesnt doubt its his.
this is completely hypothetical, but im curious as to how the average teen thinks their parents would react to this situation.

Well I was 15 when I got pregnant and my father was disappointed but he didn't Kill me like I thought he would. We talked about it and eventually he accepted it. They have to. Now I'm a parent of a preteen and I don't know what I would do if he were to get in this predicament. Hopefully I will be understanding as my father was.

Your parents will probably go crazy. They might not like the idea. If the father doesn't want any thing to do with the baby then turn him into the child's support office. Tell them that you want a dna done to prove it is his baby. Then tell him to pay child's support or give up his rights.

well my parents would defnitaly press charges if the babies daddy didnt take responsability since im only 15 and i now how they would react cause i have a 6 month old baby girl but her daddy took full responsability for her and he loves her to death yeah its harder being a teen mom but i wouldnt trade my baby for any thing yeah i would have waited a couple years

they would definitely disown me.. seriously,dating or even talking to guys is forbidden (well, to my father)..i know, it's ridiculous considering that society has now changed and females and males can now sit together in a lunchroom..Getting back to the topic, i believe that children have to grow up sometime.. and they are going to mess up in life at some point whether parents like it or not..it's inevitable.. the support one gives to their child, shows true love and does not consist of judgment or embarassment to themselves..it's how the parents handle the situation and lift their child up from a struggle that shows they are honorable.. that's why they are called "guardians".

Well my parents would be absolutely upset! I have school ahead to finish, and they wouldn't want me to mess my life up with having a kid. They'd probably take care of it with me and teach me how to raise it. There wouldn't be much that they can do.

OK, any smart parent who had any sense and cared about their teen's well-being would NOT be very happy!!!!
And if MINE even KNEW I had done such things, I would be ROAD KILL!!!!! And my dad would go out and beat the s***t out of the guy!!!
But it's only because they know where we are headed and actually care enough to be angry and disapointed.

my mom would support me and help me raise the baby. my mom is amazing and will always be there through thick and thin.she even told me if i ever wanted to get an abortion that she would raise my baby as her own and adopt it(i dont believe in abortion though). i wish every one could have the support and love i get from my mom in everything whether it is stupid decisions or mistakes.

well first off I'm a guy... now if my girlfriend got preggers however I'd be dead... her dad's a cop, a lieutenant, a lieutenant for sex crimes.... I would wind up in a ditch with about 10 pounds of lead in my left ear

i would be grounded for the rest of my life
but i would not cause i do not believe in sex before marriage. I know i would be grounded because i was brought up learning that sex before marriage is a sin.i would most likely give it up for adoption.
