I don't have any zits or anything like that on my face, but it is very uneven and rough looking, without make up I almost feel like I have boy-ish skin, what can I do to help me look more girly? I'm only 20 so this should hopefully be simple to fix.

Moisturize,Moisturize, Moisturize...

All you need at this age is a good moisturizer. Lay off harsh face soaps and try something that doesn't come in a box!

You most likely need professional advice on what to use on your skin. If you have combination skin and you use a moisturizer for oily skin you will come out uneven tone. First you need to cleanse your skin well using a good facial soap for combination skin. Then use a facial scrub to remove dead skin cells from your face. Next use a good toner for your skin type. Then apply a good moisturizer. Never wear makeup without moisturizer it ruins your skin. Mariobadescu.com has a great service you fill out a questionnaire on their site and they recommend products that will work for you. They are a bit costly but a little lasts a long time. I use their products and love them just the four things face wash or soap, scrub, toner & moisturizer. Good Luck!!

Try using like face washing gels from Clinique. It should soften skin and even it out a little. But if that doesn't work, try Clinque foundation or concealer to get a more even skin tone.
