It really just depends how you look at it. I'm not white and english is a second lenguage for me too but maybe it's because I was born here in America and that's why I think it's great here. I think the best way to actually answer this question, is to actually try living in America. Then you will be able to form your own opinions on if you actually like living in America or not.
