A women's size 8 is equal to a men's size 6. However, women's shoes differ quiet a bit depending on the cut. In sneakers a size 10 wide women's would likely fit a guy who would wear a men's size 8. In heels you would want a 9.5 or 10 in wide or extra wide depending on the height of the heels.
