Has anyone ever heard of Amelia Jesus Rodriguez? Probably not she's from Peru, but she's my mother and I wanna find her.

Rodriguez is a very common last name in Southamerica, so doing this over the Internet could become an endless search...don´t you have at least the name of a town? With that you could at least look at the yellow pages of that country or get in touch with an official organization.
Where you adopted through an adoption agency? They should be able to provide information. Best of luck.

Try to find a chat room by location. You may be able to get some tips in a Peru room as far as how to start your search. Mabye somebody in the room could refer a library, courthouse, or some sort of public records places.

you can type in the name in an online people finder and it will give you an address, you have to pay for other information about her though. hope that helps
