Good ol' MTM... what a great show that was. The episode "Chuckles Bites the Dust" was chosen as the #1 episode by TV Guide. It certainly is mine, with black humor enough black humor for a whole season. Poor Chuckles the Clown, a TV personality employed by the WJM station, is killed by an elephant. Chuckles was dressed up as Peter Peanut and it is said that the elephant "was trying to shell him." Now that's comedy. The Chuckles quote you have partially completed there is as follows:

"A little song, a little dance, a little seltzer in your pants."

The mention of this line is one of the many triggers that has Mary nearly peeing herself trying not to laugh during the funeral. Up until the funeral, she had been very vocal about her dislike of the jokes people were making at the expense of their dead colleague. Eventually, when everyone is giving dirty looks at Mary, the person giving the eulogy remarks how that's how Chuckles would have wanted it. He suggests that everyone laugh in honor of Chuckles, at which point Mary starts sobbing uncontrollably.

I know this is way more info than you wanted but it seemed so many people were clueless as to what this was in reference to that I thought an explanation was deserved.
