i mounted a virtual drive now my computer wont start up. when turned on it cant see either drive.?

running windows xp.

i have two hard drives installed. 80 gb, 250gb, the virt. drive was 10gb for playing a ROM. i mounted it in command prompt and now nothing.

check the system tray and mount the drives.

do you mean you installed another hard drive? I need 2 know

if you mounted a virtual drive what size did you set it at, if you set it up to big then you will have written over the MBS (master boot sector) so you will need to format the drive and reinstall windows again
