A hot steamy shower- they say to put your baby even in the bathroom while you take a shower - this helps clear their stuffy nose... so I'm sure it would work for you as well. I know it does for me. Usually things like that will say if they are ok to use - and will warn you if they aren't when pregnant.... I think if I remember right, I used Vicks vapo rub when I was pregnant.- just a little.
Goodluck! Keep taking your prenatal vitamins- I was sick a few times when pregnant- it's not fun! Now after having my son, we trade colds all the time lol... so I think that's even worse.

Vicks is okay or if you want something natural you can mix the following:
1 tsp (5 g) of table salt in 1 pint (473.2 mL) of water and adding a pinch of baking soda. Your health professional may recommend a different strength of salt, baking soda, and water. Use the saline solution at body temperature. To apply homemade saline solution:
Fill a bulb syringe with the saline solution, insert the tip into your nostril, and squeeze gently.
Or, pour some saline solution into the palm of your hand and sniff it into your nose, one nostril at a time.
The saline wash should go through the nose and out the mouth.
Blow your nose gently after the saline wash.
Repeat several times every day. Consider using this before you try other nasal medications.

The most natural thing to do for a stuffy nose is to breathe in cool air. Just stick your head into the freezer and breathe the cold air for about 10-15 minutes. Works well with infants with stuffy noses too.
Also, instead of Vick's rub, use Vick's vapor bath when you take a shower. Also works well with infants.

Saline nose drops really work. Ayr and Simply Saline are two brand names, and you can get Generic, too. Long hot showers help, use a humidifier at night, sip herbal tea (inhale the steam). If you can stand spicy food now, that might help, too. If you can't get relief, there are nasal sprays (prescription) that do not enter the bloodstream. Good luck!
