Sure. The account on which the checks are drawn is still in good standing. It's your accounts that have the problem. Go to either the bank issuing the checks or to a check-cashing facility. Of course, the latter will charge you for the service. Your own bank may still cash checks for you even though your accounts are frozen. You should call to inquire prior to going in, though.

You should be able to cash the checks at the bank on which they are drawn. Looks like you will not be using you own account for a while.

Cash the checks and get money orders at the post office.

Why are your accounts frozen?

You can cash the checks at the bank of which issued the check.

Yup, cash them at the bank the checks are drawn from. You may get hit with fees since you do not have an account there, but at least you will be able to get some money. Also, you may want to stop any direct deposit you may have until you get this cleared up.

Dont try to cash your check at yourbank... look on the check and cash it at the bank where the check is from if all else fails find a check cashing place and go there.
