could use music for the karioke (sp?) of that song, or if you want more control over it, get someone proficient with programs such as band-in-a-box or guitarpro to write out the accompaniment, which can then become a MIDI file. depending on the time limit and song, i might be able to attempt to do it for you, but in all honesty, karioke files are probably a lot more accurate and easier.
