Yeah it depends on the last second of the timer, but only occurs for 1, 3 and 6.

The last 2 numbers have to be the same like if you have 322 seconds left you get 2. If you have166 seconds left you get 6.

you see fireworks for getting certain scores and the fireworks gives you extra score. more score = extra life
