an rss-aggregation site, but feedburner kinda beat you to the punch.
or an answers-forum? oh wait, that's been done too!
what about a page that displays a graph of the price of oil? not very useful but will become more and more relevant... then you could have a forum where people can discuss how evil big oil is, but how they just can't seem to get away from it.

Create one called, Love Trials. That way everyone with dating and marriage problems would have a place to go besides here for answers.
