I have no idea, and I'm not sure what lean syrup is, but I'm sure you aren't talking about light table syrup. Maybe someone could tell me that. I think crystal meth stays in your system up to 5 days

uhhhhh....I always thought it was there forever. After all that's what they inject into people when they die. I know they injected Evita Peron with it when she died and her body is like the best preserved body ever or something like that...
