It depends how much money you want to invest -- you can go to the yahoo small business site and have a website with a shopping cart and domain name all for I think under $100... You can get a pro to make a website for you, that can be a couple hundred to a couple thousand normally. You may want to try selling on ebay first, to see how well your product does at the price you are thinking, and get confident with the internet selling and paypal procedures.

Go to an office supply store(Staples, Office Max...) and get 3 copies of a Doing Business As form(DBA) , or a business certificate.
Fill it out and file it with your county clerk's office.
Go to Google. Type in the search box 'Federal Tax ID #' and follow the links through to getting one instantly on the phone.
Take one copy of the DBA to your bank and The Fed tax id # and open a business account.
Do these you are now legally in business. Where you go from here is up to you.
