if i removed all valuables and cash first, and had then sign somethin, so they couldnt sell my house or anything....perhaps

Probably not since i don't even know them. Also Cameron Diaz had a really nice house and i would be afraid if they took something!

No!! but some people swap houses for holidays
I would not trust people like that & I wouldnt want strangers in my house etc

It depends where I would be going. London, like in the movie would be street. Next town over, not so great. (Plus I don't own anything of value, so that wouldn't bother me.
