I have a HP5123ci Laptop with a ATI radeon express 200m
there are two main problems.
1) what kind of ram ddr2, ddr, sdram, edo
2) how do i check if it can hold more? and how much? i opened the bottom where the ram is and didnt know what i was looking at

There is a free program called PC Wizard that can tell you what RAM you have and if you can add any more.

Why don't you go to hewlett packard site. They should have a place there where you put in your serial number and it'll tell you what you need.
