I want to upgrade my plan so I can have unlimited texting and so I can send pictures too, because when I do this now, It costs alot of money! how can I see plans to upgrade?

Sometimes phone companies have plans advertised in their stores that they don't offer on their web sites and vice versa. In addition to looking at Verizon's web site (www.verizonwireless.com) , it may be worth checking with one of their retail stores if you have time and there's one located in your area. Be aware that whenever you change plans with Verizon it results in an automatic extension or renewal of your contract for one or two years depending on your situation. If you're very near the end of your contract or if you completed the contract term now is the time to comparison shop unless you're certain you want to stick with Verizon for at least another year.
