I need something to protect my computer from viruses and pop-ups..what's a good free protection service thingy? Is Norton AntiVirus good? Is it free?

there is nothing good in life is free. so if it is free, the protection is limited or have a weak protection.
if you want real protection, i reccomend the mcaffe anti-virus, spam blocker, and fire wall. but it will cost you well over $100

nortons pretty good, but DONT get spyblocker its soooo annoying!

download spybot search & destroy. It's great and it's free.
