Where can I find buttons? How do I polish them? I am non-member by the way

Buttons are found in boxes, sacks and crates. To get polished buttons, you have to steal from H.A.M members then left click to polish them. Polished buttons are member only objects, but are basically useless since they are only used in the animal magnetism quest to make the container.
