Another thing that goes with the question above, they will replace your iPod if it has insufficient battery life although it will cost $65.95 if the warranty is out of date.

That they have the strictest DRM (Digital Right Management) of any download site.
So much for sharing. One iPod per one computer. Try and share files, and it will erase them.
Almost every other mp3 player in the world allows you to share, transfer files without the "Apple Police" looking at you.
I guess some people like paying a buck a song. For them, I guess they can get everything they want. The rest of us? We should be sharing.
