you must have hazel eyes and they turn color depending on what you wear or what your surrounding arejust like my husband's eyes. beautiful!!!
only 1% of the world's population have eyes your color so you (and my husband) are a special breed......they are rare.
now, about makeup.....keep to earth tones..... cream, beiges, tans, browns, or smoke greys. this way, you do not take away from your eyes and will look natural. also use a dark liner and dark mascara to bring your eyes out just like angelina jolie.
at night, use smoke greys and learn how to smear it so it gives you the smoky eye look.

I have the same thing going on with my eyes, except, no grey. The gold is there also.
I I generally use browns in soft light shades. I use brown/black mascara. When I want more definition, I use a darker color in the crease, sometimes using my dark brown eyeliner, then blend with a brush.
When I go for soft, I use an Auburn eyeliner.
When I want evening type dramatic: I go with charcoal colored eyeshadow, brown/black mascara (but more coats than daytime use), and dark brown eyeliner.
Sometimes, I take a spot of Gold eyeshadow or Gold eyeshadow stick and apply it directly above the center of my eye, starting at the lashes. This accents the gold ring around the pupil.
Have fun with it, and good luck.

Try gold, blue, pink, medium browns. TRY THIS....I suggest using a light pink color eyeshadow from your lash line to your brow bone and then a darker pink from your lash line to your crease. Finally, use a really dark pink in your crease. Then use a black mascara and brown eyeliner. To compliment your eyes, use a tinted lip gloss and a warm peach blush. Also try pulling your hair back away from your face in a ponytail, side ponytail, or messy bun to bring more attention toward it.
Try this too
lavender cream eye shadow just up to the brow bone and I think she swipes just a little under her lower lid and it looks so pretty. I have gone out with her to clubs and on those nnights I think she wore a little gold or light brown in the crease of her eyelid to compliment the blue in her eyes. She never wears eyeliner but does wear mascara
or
Go to Macy's and then go to the MAC counter and ask for a makeover. They have wonderful make-up and they will tell you what is best for you.

Thats really not that strange my friend has the EXACT same colors you discribed. Its just that the light hits ppl with eye color eyes in a way that gives the illusion that its a different. Clothing also plays a role. I think that you shuld try brown and plum for evenings and lighter pastels for the day. peace out and much love

No,it's not impossible for them to change color. Mine change from blue to green, depends on what I'm wearing I think. As far as make-up,I would stick with blues. Why don't u just buy a cheap brand of a pallet with lots of colors and see which 1 looks better, then when you figure it out,buy a good brand of that color.

i have the exact SAME eyes!!!!!!
i'm always trying to figure out which shades to use.
one thing a MA told me once was that to bring out the various shades in my eyes, i can choose different shades of eye makeup (depending on whatever shade i feel like bringing out at the moment)!
so, to bring out the BLUE in my eyes:
"brown or spicy colors"
the GRAY:
wine or rose
the GREEN/HAZEL:
violets
lol... i was so happy to finally have some real recomendations, i had her write it down on a card for me... so i'm writing off that right now. :p
funny though --i just realized she didn't make any recommendations for the amber/golden halo around the pupil. though she did specifically say any color you pick should be the "opposite color on a color wheel" from the color you want to bring out. so i guess to bring out the golden you'd use violets too? hmm...

Many people who have blue (light) eyes, their eyes change color with their moods. Your eye make up should be in neutral shades, not blue or green or purple. To enhance your look in the evening, add gold or silver or a white with a sheen.

I have the same eyecolor. . . So my fav natural look is either blue, black or green eyeliner, with little sparkling eyeshadow (either blue or green sparkles)+rich black mascara (try soft black mascara, for more natural look)+natural looking lipstick, or natural looking gloss. For bold evenig look just change eyeshadow to either green or blue, or gray. It mostly depends on dress. So just go from lighter near eyebrow to darker near eye, and from lighter inside of eye to darker outside, and it will be good.

actually its true the same thing happens to me alot it depends on the color of clothing your wearing you should use the same color as your shirt though for your eyeshadow and a soft light pink for your lips for a natural look and for a bold evening look maybe a dark gold eyeshadow ans some bright red lipstick but make sore the eye shadow matches your shirt always! xD!!!

You have eyes that reflect what you wear then. You should pay attention to what colors make your eye color vivid and wear at least some of that color in a place that will reflect up to your eyes.
Without knowing the rest of your coloring it is not possible to suggest make-up colors.
