A good pro- hmmm I believe that everyone should be treated equally-

blacks had to deal with slavery and racism for a long time, even up into the 60's, that's why rosa parks started the civil rights revolution. AA could be seen as giving black people what they're due, because white people through history were getting good jobs etc. while they were being discriminated against

the idea of diversity - that people will benefit in ways by being around minorities and not just a bunch of white people

you could include some statistics on how the percentage of poor minorities is bigger than the % of poor whites so they need help.

It depends on whom the people defining Affirmative Action are victimizing.
Discrimination to prevent discrimination simply does not work.

Many minority business owners have made a lot of money they otherwise wouldn't have had the opportunity to by learning how to subvert government programs and take advantage of loop holes historically abused by white business leaders only !
