i find that it does and i am endlessly distressed by this so i have arranged for my entourage to follow me everywhere, day and night, to see to my every need...retouch my make-up...redo my hair...wardrobe changes for any climate or occasion...i must have ELEGANCE!

Oh yes, my hair is completely inelegant on a good, hot day, especially if there is humidity involved. I go out in public on a day like that and I need to claim extra personal space just for my hair!
