A geology forum for science teachers in Northeastern Wisconsin will be held from 4 to 6 p.m. today in the Phoenix Rooms of the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay Union, 2420 Nicolet Drive, Green Bay.
The forum is designed to educate science teachers on the geology of Northeastern Wisconsin, so they can incorporate geological concepts into their teaching. Assistant professor John Luczaj will provide an overview of the geological history of the area, including the formation of the Great Lakes and the Niagara escarpment.
