i wouldnt say its a power, but its definately not normal.
if i have a big event coming up, a wedding, a big test of some sort, a vacation... anything that makes me nervous and excited, i already know the outcome of it. its like i can tell exactly how everything is going to go, and if it will be a good experience for me.
i also have deja vu ALOT. it sometimes freaks me out bc it happens sooo often.

im not so sure if this is what you were looking for, but i thought id tell you anyway.
:)

Researchers have looked for "powers" for a long time and never found any. I have heard of one researcher who has an offer of a million dollars up for anyone who can prove they are psychic or have powers - no one has ever done so.

In order to believe that such powers exist you would have to go out on a limb because there no one has conclusively observed or recorded any occurance, it seems that by now someone would prove their "powers" if they had them.

I have seen some documentaries about how cold war era researchers looked for powers to exploit for espionage purposes, these documentaries all said the same thing that such powers have not been proven to exist.

There will always be claims and assertions of such things even though the most logical explation is that such things do not exist.

For some reason I black out street lights in what ever city I am in at night. This also happened to me traveling abroad. Some, not all, street lights simply go out when I get a certain distance from them.

Perhaps others have experienced this and I am just imagining it. OR it happens all the time and I am just the one who happens to be looking at the lights when they go out.

Either way, people with me think it rather odd and interesting.
