that depends on the subject. if you are having problems with your internet connection then your isp is the best one to ask.
if you boughtsomething on the web they you should be asking them questions. no one knows their product better than they do.
yahoo answers is a good place to come when you have run out of other options.

I think if you want an accurate answer, the best thing to do is research the question yourself. Do a search on a couple of different search engines and read several view points until you get a consensus.
