hi I am a 5'9 guy....fairly built. 21 years old. what would go with my dark brown leather jacket? what kind of pants, sweater,shirt? etc and what color?

It depends on what color is your jacket. If it's neutral color (black, brown), then you can pair it with any color you want underneath. T-shirt would be cool, nothing too bulky. For pants, definitely jeans.
Or, if you want to go more formal, you can always wear shirt and black pants.

jeans & a dark colored shirt would be nice. don't know about footwear though. but a pair of shades would be nice, too

is this an aviator type jacket? if it is american eagle sells dark brown shoesthat would look nice with it.
