Yahoo is my homepage, and about a month or two ago i saw something that read "upgrade your yahoo" or "yahoo recommends you upgrade your internet explorer" or something like that... so while logged on under my account in windows, i click and upgrade. Ever since then, my mother can't connect to the internet when logged on under her name in windows. Actually, while logged on under any other name on windows, like my brother's, the internet doesn't work... it only works under my account. Can someone help me with this?? i have no idea what to do and even my brother is lost on what route to take =\ thanks!

Did you get Internet Explorer version 7? That might be your problem.

You can undo things by using RESTORE. Go to the Start menu, and go through PROGRAMS. Then pick Accessories and get into the System Tools section. You should see Restore there. When it popups up, pick RESTORE, then you will see a calendar. Pick a date a day or so BEFORE things went wrong.

If that fails, then try returning back to Internet Explorer 6. Follow these tips to uninstall Internet Explorer 7.
