No, Oregon is still a full service only state.
And I agree it is embarrassing not to know how to pump your own gas, since almost everywhere else you have too! Fortunately, I now live in Canada and pump my own.
However, I travel frequently back to Oregon, and wait in line to be served by the ever - so - slow and overworked attendants!!

I don't know but New Jersey has to change over... It's the most annoying state to drive through.

New Jersey is also very big on traffic
circles and diners.
Real dinosaurs in today's age.
