Proubly it's just a little room where some people talk to the celeb and their fans send letters to protest. If they are guilty only have to pay money.

Barbed wire around a mansion........there would be room service! They would make specialty license plates, jewelry, etc and sell it on e-Bay for money. They would have to do their own laundry, though.....

I dunno, but the bright orange jumpsuits would come in all colours; some would be embellished with designer tears, rhinestones and Louis Vuitton logos. Oh, and matching shoes.
