I'm having the same problem with my hotmail account. I have the stupid password stored but it prompts me every time I sign onto the site, even if I just switched sites for two seconds.

restart the computer and tap on the F8 key while its booting up.you will come to a black screen,scroll up and click on "SafeMode"wait a few minutes until you come to the blue login screen..click on Administrator"..wait a few moments till you come to the "yes or No" Question,and click "yes"..this will get you to the desk top.on the start menu click"RUN",and type "Control Panel"at he bottom of the control page,click on "Usr Accounts"here is where you can remove the password.just follow the instructions.

just press cancel and the computer will load ...
