With the NFL current policy I say yes but I hope the league adopts a policy that will suspend players that are accused or convicted of felonies.
Why should the NFL be different from any other work place!

I believe he was punished by the Bears and the league and still has to deal with the legal ramifications, but yes. Why should he be any different than the Colts players who have been in trouble, the Viking players, Ray Lewis, etc.........
