How do you really define friendship? What do you expect from friends? and what you could not?

Friendship is kind of like love but oh so more simpiler. Yeah you can love your friends. But friendship is like you don't care what the hell the person looks like because you respect them and they respect you and make you feel good and stuff. They feel like family without all the drama and stuff. I expect my friends to not talk trash about me and to make me feel good when I'm down and to lie to me just to make me happy. I don't expect a friend to spread rumors about me or to tell people they don't like me or to say mean things to my face or to just stop being my friend for no reason...

friendship is being there for the person no matter the circumstances - thats the normal statement we hear

but to think abt it being there for someone is someitmes not possible. But in reality, being friends wiht someone n taking the freindshp seriously just means that u got ot be there for one another, there shd be trust, concern etc.

Friends are people you can trust, that you can hang out with, that will stand by you. That you are totally comfortable talking to. That accept you for who you are. To me, friends are like family-I'm much closer to my friends than most of my family.
