Most people will say the same thing like buying the test or go to the doctor so you would probably look up that question somebody else asked because alot of people ask that

I would ask u 2 take a test and get confirmed result. So the next course of action u can take.

if you were truly asking out of concern and confusion then I do not see why you could not get a sincere answer. The best way to find out is to get a test as one answerer suggested, and if it is positive you need to see a doctor...
