What kind of Jobs can I get as an american moving to japan without having a college degree?

Also is there colleges in japan just for americans?

The main obsticle wold be language skills. If you wanted a job other than teaching English, your Japanese language skills would have to be very good.

As for jobs, teaching jobs are easy to get. You could get jobs teaching at almost any private english school. And I don't intend to be sexist or anything like that, but being very attractive and out-going is a big plus in the private English school business. Or you could always try to pick up private students. There are tons of mothers looking for private English teachers for their kids. Big buck there.

There are a few schools (universities) operating in Japan, but not exclusivly for Americans. They allow Japanese nationals to attend if they meet the requirements imposed by the home office in the USA. The universities operate on the military bases mainly, so you would need a reason to go.

Wow. Im not sure but i would expect that to be difficult. If you can swing it, its a great experience. Very polite people...not like the mean spirited society we have developed into.

Check government websites for skills they may be looking for.
