I recently tried buying a Wii from Ebay I won the bidding. Paid for item but guy refused to ship to my address cause it was an unconfirmed address(gave him my street address). He refunded my money but now I got a notice from Ebay that he is complaining that I haven't paid. What can I do now?

I've already e-mail him about why he is doing this. Also, tried twice to pay for item both times he did refund my money.

The seller should have indicated in the eBay auction Item Description the fact that he/she will not ship to unconfirmed addresses. The seller has the right not to ship to an unconfirmed address which protects them and you, incidentally, under PayPal's Seller & Buyer Protection Plans.

They refunded you the money which was right to do. But the seller then complained to eBay that you did not pay (called an Unpaid Item Strike) http://pages.ebay.com/help/tp/appeal-upi.html - not right for them to do. As long as you can prove to eBay that you did pay - PayPal receipt, or the refund receipt from the seller, etc. you're in the clear.

If the seller gave you a Negative Feedback , this, too, can be reversed as the seller is definately in the wrong here.

So all you have to do is to contact eBay http://pages.ebay.com/help/contact_us/_base/index_selection.html and provide them with the applicable information to get this issue straighened out for you.

Reply to e-bay that the item was paid and funds returned when they send you something you can reply to. Most cases, they didn't file a non-paying bidder but the seller is set up for ebay to notify the buyer automatically if the seller doesn't mark it as paid. Request the seller to mark it as paid so they won't continue sending you unpaid requests. You may have to wait and just reply that you both mutually agreed to end the auction without a transaction and they will confirm it with the seller. Good Luck to you.

Ebay can go back in their mail system and see the emails that were sent back and forth between you and the seller if you corresponded only within ebay's message center (not your OWN emails). You should call them in this case, tell them the story and see what they say. I have had good experiences in cases like these... easiest is to confirm your address, all you have to do is add a credit card to your account, you don't even have to use it - it is just to prove you live where you say you live and are not an imposter.

You should save all interaction with the seller and some how contact ebay and report what you did. let them know that he gave you back your money. I think when your checking your status theres a place where you can make a dispute with this seller. And ebay should find out the solution. I had this happen to me with the Xbox 360.
