Tell her to choose 3 sports , it`s unfair for you to have to pay and bring her to 8 different sporting events.

You should learn to say no to your daughter by the sounds of it. Not only is over 7 sports expensive, where is the bonding time between the two of you or the chance to just be a kid. I would tell her if she wants to do competitive dance, she has to drop one of the other sports.

it all really depends on if she is handling life well. participating in 7 sports must be strenuous but if she really wants to take up competive dancing then you must first consider all of the possibilities. make sure she is doing well in school, education is a very important part of life. do you have the money it will take? and do you and her both have the time? make sure you think about everything before deciding. as the parent you are responsible so its totally your call.

Competitive dance in addition to seven other sports....hmm. Just another overachiever who needs a life.

Allow her to try many different things, it's best. Then, as time passes, she'll decide on the sports or activites she actually likes. Remember: It's always good to try all the things you can, while you can.

You should try to limit her focus to one or two sports...maybe three if they are at different times of the year. It sounds like she is over extending herself, how are her grades?

You should just let her go IF your daughter can handle it and if it does not interfere with the rest of your day.

you should make her make her quit the other sports that she doesn't like that much and fit the dance in her schedule
