I love Clinique's "Take the Day Off" BALM (NOT the liquid; the liquid gave me a rash/irritation). i used it just last night, and it took off my MAC Fluidline gel eyeliner like it was nothing. left me with totally clean eyelids, & no irritation. =)
another thing i love about it is that it doesn't require wiping at your eyes with harsh paper products. you just gently massage the balm into your eyes, and as you do that, it turns into a liquid substance... just melts off that makeup. doesn't take long at all, either. oh, and it rinses clean, no residue (i hate residue).

it's expensive, but a little goes a really long way, and it comes in a huge tub. it's totally worth it!

I use Ponds moisturizer cream and have since I first found it when I was 18 years. I use it to remove makeup and as a moisturizer under my regular makeup. I use it after taking my makeup off too. But, a little note to remember if you don't already know...waterproof make up is made with tar and that's why it's waterproof and your eyelashes don't fall out, it pulls them out. That could be the reason your eyes are sensitive. Try mascara that's not waterproof, it works just as well. And if you don't swim everyday, what's the point?
Hope this works for you as well as it does for me, if you try it that is.

I like the clinque "take the day off" eye makeup remover. they usually have samples, so you can ask to try it. I also looove the pond's makeup removing wipes, they are easy to use and no mess just wipe away the makeup these are both great they don't sting, no oily stuff to shake, and they get off the toughest mascara... Also I've read in a makeup mag that some women use some baby shampoo and water on a cottonball, I;ve tried this when I've ran out of my good stuff and this has worked very well too.

I have dry skin and I use Maybelline Moisturizing Eye Makeup Remover. It's really moisturizing, but you have to wipe the oil off with a tissue before rinsing it because water is not enough to rinse off all the oil. I think it works amazing! You should definitely try using it, it really protects your delicate eyes area because it's moisturizing. It costed me like about $6, and you can get them in drugstore. It comes in a clear bottle with pink words.

I like plain old baby oil. It's gentle and washes away easily with soap and water.
If you wanna get fancy you can purchase any type of eye makeup remover at the drug or department store but the base is still going to be oil.
Good luck!

sparkling & sparkling Make Up Remover - you may purchase it at Walmart for approximately $5. It removes all your makeup and its mushy sufficient to even use on your eyes. I additionally now and back use toddler oil to eliminate eyeliner and mascara from my eyes. I merely use a q-tip with toddler oil on it and wipe each and all of the black off of my eye and then use a moist wash fabric and wipe the toddler oil off. its undemanding and affordable!

I use baby oil. It works the best. Be sure to use it at night before you go to bed, sometimes it can cause a slight burryness with sight for a bit after use but it does the trick!

Vaseline works great.; I also like Clinique's liquid eye makeup remover. Their whole line works well on sensitive skin because it is hypo-allergenic.
